How we're paid
A share of what the listing earns. Nothing up front.
No setup fee, no minimum term. The share is set after your audit.

Sublets · on request
Furnished sublets of 32 days or more, after we check the rules.
One request at a time. We check the rules for your address before promising anything.
By city
Co-hosting in our main markets.
Before you add a co-host.
What's in the free listing audit?
A written review of your listing as a guest sees it: photos (order, light, what's missing), title and description, amenities, pricing against comparable homes nearby, response time and reviews. It ends with the three changes we'd make first. Delivered within one business day, no call required, no obligation.
Do I lose control of my listing?
No. The listing stays on your Airbnb account. You add us as a co-host and choose the permissions: Airbnb lets you decide what a co-host can see and change. You can remove us at any time.
Do you take new listing photos?
Yes, on request. We clean and stage the home, then our professional photographer shoots it. You get a firm quote before anything is booked, and the shoot is billed separately, never hidden in our share.
