Who we are

CleanConnect is a sole proprietorship operated by Zakaria Benabed in Québec, Canada. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Zakaria Benabed, founder. Contact: zakaria-airbnb@cleanconnect.work.

What we collect

Only what you type in a form, and what we exchange with you afterwards:

• Price requests (home page, service pages, area pages, contact page): name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), area, number of homes (or aircraft), how you handle cleaning today, and on some forms the number of bedrooms and a listing link (optional). We also note the service you asked about, your language and the page you used.
• Cleaning teams (“Join our crew”): name, phone, email, city, team size, days you can work, Airbnb experience, and the language you want for messages.
• “Request your market”: name, email, city, state or province, country, number of homes and language.
• The emails, texts and WhatsApp messages we exchange with you.
• Prospecting: we may write to you at a business email or phone number that your company publishes, about your business only.

What the site measures

Without your consent, no advertising tool is loaded. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: they count page visits and measure page speed without cookies and without identifying you. When a form is sent, we record that event with the service, the page and the language, never your name or contact details.

With your consent only: the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel. We use them only to measure how many requests come from our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. They load only after you click “Accept” on the banner. If you click “Decline” or make no choice, nothing from Google or Meta is loaded. Once accepted, they set cookies and send Google and Meta technical data about your visit (pages viewed, the fact that a request was sent, your browser and IP address), never what you typed in our form (name, email, phone). Google’s and Meta’s own processing is covered by their privacy policies. You can change your choice at any time from this page.

Facebook and Instagram forms: if you send a request through one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you typed (name, email, phone, postal code, unit size, move-out date). We use them only to reply to your request and quote the job, and we never sell them. Meta’s own processing is covered by Meta’s privacy policy.

Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security. To block abuse, our forms keep your IP address in memory for about 10 minutes; it is not saved with your request.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a price, organize cleanings, pay cleaning teams and follow up with you. When you send a form, you receive one automatic confirmation email and Zakaria receives a copy of your request. Nothing else: we do not sell or rent your information, we do not use it for profiling, and we never send what you typed in our forms to Google or Meta. The Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel, if you accept them, only measure the results of our ads.

Who sees it

Only Zakaria Benabed. These service providers store or carry the data for us:

• Vercel: website hosting, visit counts and server logs
• Neon: the database where form submissions are stored
• Resend: sending the confirmation email and the copy to Zakaria
• Google: our mailbox
• WhatsApp: only if you choose to talk there
• Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram): ad measurement, only if you accept it, and the answers you send through one of our Facebook or Instagram forms

These providers are in the United States, so your information may be stored outside Québec and Canada.

How long

24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your email or phone number on a do-not-contact list, so that we can respect your choice.

Texts and calls

If you leave a phone number in a price request, you agree that we may call or text you about that request only. Cleaning teams agree that we may contact them by text, WhatsApp or email about cleaning work. Reply STOP at any time and we stop.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. Email zakaria-airbnb@cleanconnect.work: we answer within 30 days, free of charge. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security and incidents

Access to the data is password-protected and limited to Zakaria Benabed. If an incident creates a risk of serious harm, we notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

We publish any change on this page, with a new date.
