Is laundry included in Orlando?
Yes. Sheets and towels are washed, dried and folded on site during the turnover, at every size in the table. You only need a working washer and dryer in the home.

What's included in a turnover clean?
The same written 12-line checklist used in every market, room by room, with a time-stamped photo report sent before the next check-in. Pool decks and patio furniture are part of the list for vacation homes.
- Bedrooms: linens changed, beds made, under the beds and nightstands, closets and hangers cleared.
- Bathrooms: toilet, shower and tub descaled, mirrors and drains, hair check, fresh towels counted per guest.
- Kitchen: fridge emptied and wiped, dishwasher run and unloaded, counters, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker.
- Living areas and balcony or patio: cushions lifted, floors and under the furniture, surfaces wiped.
- Whole home: trash out, thermostat set, doors locked, restock check.
- Report: before and after photos with a time stamp, a damage note and a restock list, sent before check-in.

One flat price per home, agreed in writing before the clean, and a single invoice for every home in the portfolio. The price is set from the size of the home and what it holds, not from the time spent on site.
