  • No editing that hides cracks, stains or anything permanent.
  • No drone where the airspace or the city doesn't allow it.

How much does a shoot cost?

There's no price list: it depends on the size of the home, the area and the extras (twilight, drone, floor plan). You get a firm price and a delivery date in writing before anything is booked.

How fast do I get the photos?

The delivery date is written on your quote, before you book. We don't promise a date before that.

Do you clean the home before the shoot?

Yes, in our cleaning areas, if you want: our cleaning team runs the turnover checklist and stages the rooms just before the photographer arrives. It's billed as a turnover, at the fixed price for the home.
